Online tracking is not updated. status stays the same. My package is more than a month old, still have not received it.

It keeps saying that the parcel of vehicle is on Olean. In Jersey City and it’s not moving I was supposed to have my package by eight

I haven't had any update about where my parcel is for over 2 weeks. I know that its coming across the u.s.a from coast to coast and then into Canada but no information is crazy.

Still havent got my package. Was supposed to be here in the 14th. Now the 21st and its still in Atlanta apparantly. Pandemic or not. This is unacceptable. 3 facilities in Georgia before it comes to Wisconsin. Unbelieveable!!!

I don’t feel like it matters if I leave a review or not. But I am going to try. There are amazing hard working employees at the post office who do a great job helping with my problems. Then there are others who seem to cut corners & care little about delivery of our mail as in my carrier. I have never in my life had such awful service with a carrier. He is very grumpy & rude. Doesn’t leave packages if he doesn’t feel like it & rarely leave the slip filled out to notify me that the package was not left. I only figure it out by my tracking & then go to wait in line at post office to fine it. Sometimes the package has gotten returned to sender which has made me very angry!! Especially when he never even left me a notice!!! It’s very hard for me to keep coming up there in person as I just had knee surgery.

I sent a pkg to Hawaii Friday told it would arrive wed and its still in Dallas i cant believe this crap.

The service appears to be worse than ever .

A pkg that was to be delivered to my business for a customer was delivered to a residents mailbox at Lake Ridge Mobile Home Park. My name and businesses name as well as correct address where on the package. Recipients opened mail verses contacting the business on label and contacted the customer. The customer went and retrieved his order. And came and brought this to my attention. Was delivered on May 18, 1020. Tracking number 9400109205568647073839. Can you please explain. Not happy.

I think they do a great job yeah sometimes we're not home when they deliver it but at least they let you know the attempt was there and you can choose to pick it up at the post office or to the time you will be home as long as it's within their business hours and they can redeliver
