Flat rate parcel from Indianapolis to Florida. Sent 5/9/20. Paid extra for signature confirmation. Expected delivery date on receipt is 5/12/20. It’s a week later and, according to the tracking, mailed item is in Detroit. Where it’s been languishing for 3 days. I wanted to support USPS, but will be using UPS or FedEx in the future. This was an important piece of mail. Very disappointed. And calling customer service is futile!!!

Snall service should have used UPS

The man at the West Terre Haute Post office that help me was a super guy .He fixed up a smaller packaging then the long box I brought in . I am so thankful it cost me less.

I mailed out a package from Florida to Lewiston NY and it got as far as PA and now it is going all the way to Texas. It is passed the delivery date. I am very disappointed because no one is returning my calls or tex. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE

Paradise was very helpful because it was my first time in a post office other then the long line due to the coronavirus which moved very quickly thanks to her and another nice lady if I need to go back to the post office in lagrange I hope she'll be able to help me again

I ordered my paint in April 27, 2020 and it was shipped in Texas in May 9th. Today is May 19th and I still haven't received it. REQUESTING A REFUND! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

It says delivery attempted , but I’ve been home this whole time. I have a lot of packages of value coming and I would like to know that my property will be delivered safe and accurately.

My package lost? Today it seemed to have stalled in Traverse City Michigan 3 days ago

My package is now 5days late I purchased from eBay on may 6. please tell me what is the problem and a definite date it will arrive,so that I can explain it to a very upset customer that can't use her car because it is held up by the mail. I have ordered other items shipped USPS and they have all arrived on time .my patience has run out!!!

Its taking way to long to receive a package that was mailed from a place that's 2 hours away from its destination.

I am so upset after waiting in line for 20 minutes, The teller, instead of giving me tape to tape my box at the counter (USPS priority mail box) that I paid for he sent me away to another table to tape the box. And I have to wait for 4 more people to be service before I could go back to the counter to be service. It would have taken 2 seconds to tape the box while I was at the counter the first time. It was a terrible experience if they are going to sent you away from the counter to tape up your priority mail box after waiting in line they should provide tape in the area that you are getting your priority mail box. So you can tape up the box before getting in line.
