USPS reviews

I know these are difficult times and the USPS is under stress, but if delays are going to be the case you should let the customers know and not promise a delivery date that is unrealistic. We can live with delays, but broken promises are not acceptable.

my package was forwarded and rerouted to a different place, why, I don't know. Spent 2 hrs try to find out why and were my package is and all I can get is an automated response which does help at all. Can't get a hold of a person to figure out what's going on. No wonder people dislike the mail, you can't get any type of response at all when you have an issue.

Counter person was fast, friendly and answered my question.

Package was shipped from 5 hours sway from me, it's been 9 days still dont have my package... unacceptable!!!

One week to deliver a package that I paid for two day - person still has not received it - very dissatisfied!!!

My package took three times as long from orange county now sitting in Provo 10 days it still has not been delivered to a Destiination this is extremely poor service.

USPS can't locate package, and it has not been delivered!!!!

I paid extra to have my package delivered by the 3 days from Arkansas to Texas and it's past the delivery date and still in the same state!!! Happy freaking mother's day!!!

My package was supposed to be delivered today it says delivered but I have not received my package I don't know what happened to US postal service but if the package is not here

Because of the Coronavirus i had to order my mom’s mother’s day gift. I ordered it may 3rd and it’s still not here. the place is only 10 min away and my package is in Pennsylvania. very disappointed

My package was due on the 12th. It is now the 16th.

What a terrible system the USP has. I sent a box on May 4th from Canada. It sits in Canada for 5 days. Finally clears, goes to New York, goes the opposite direction from New, Jersey then this morning is out for delivery. Today is the 15th. Of course the Canadian system is just as bad. The place where it gets delivered to is closed so of course, the person won't get it. So 11 days later it is still in transit. What kind of business is this? No wonder people use Fed Ex or other sources. The rating should be a minus. The more Gov't gets involved the more screw ups. You should have brought on more people still staying safe. This is worse than XMAS DELIVERY. I am certainly not pleased and thus was a regular corporation you would go bankrupt because no one would use your service. Shame on you just like your gov't.
