Your service is horrible and suspect..I mailed a package on Dec 26th headed for Cuba and it never arrived. I was told that this package would arrive in about 20 days ..I have been trying to track this package since Dec 26th..and there has been literally bo update..I went to the post office where I shipped it from and they washed their hands clean from the whole deal. This is right out robbery a package that was being sent to a poor family member... Totally lost my faith and trust in the USPS.

I have lost the track of my parcel after it had departed from Chicago on May 11 at 01.07 - which is five days ago!

I so appreciate all carriers who have continued to place themselves in a difficult situation. My son is in boot camp and it would break my heart if I were unable to communicate with him. THANKS TO ALL. YOU ARE TRULY HEROS!

I dropped priority envelope on a Monday and it did not move facility until Thursday and it's Saturday and is still not in destination. Horrible service for an envelope.

Tracking says package was delivered and I signed for it. Not true, was home all day did not happen. I did not get parcel.

Still waiting for pkg sent priority on 5/4 Today 5/16 still in Georgia for past 10 days but was mailed from N. Carolina ? ???????

mailed packaged fr may 13,expected delivery stated may14, today is may 15 until now it's not delivered keep on tracking all it's says is in distribution center mail delivery must have mislook ,this the third time i sent package in the same address , next day it's been recieved but this time it failed i'm very disappointed and frustrated ,i should be refunded

I mailed a package on Monday - expected delivery date was two days ago and now it’s been miss shipped to another PO. - I called and they said it would go out and Be delivered - still waiting for it to get to it’s destination- simply ridiculous - are your scanners not working properly - I mail a lot I will start using FED EX

Love the postal service they always do a great job but recently I had a pkgshopped from vt. To tx. Overnight express paid 48.00 to ship should of been here by 3pm next day it has taken 2days,I would like to know if that's standard delivery. 48.00 seems to be alot of money and not getting the proper service. Half the time it's never recorded as picked up the other half doesn't keep up with the package

I ordered a Jenny Finch pitching mat 8 weeks ago and it has not been delivered. I’m in the process of canceling my order and have asked for a refund.
