They've always been right on time get my stuff before it says it's going to be here

The Royal Oak post office was clean, safe and the staff was friendly!

Delivery date is the delivery date! Especially when costs are paid. Due 4-25-2020. Today is 4-28-2020 Still sitting on a transport somewhere.

They said the gate wasn’t open but I came here and it’s been open all day and when asked to give me my package they would meet me here how convenient they never showed up and or delivered my package that is time sensitive and had sensitive paperwork inside! This is very frustrating to pay for a service when they don’t deliver!

I think your service is the worst out off all the another ones and I will never use it ever again I want the world to know

I sent this package a a week ago. Was told that guaranteed 2 day delivery. Sometimes there is no update as to where the package is. That’s happened 2 times in the last week. Yesterday it said it was out for delivery at 7am. It’s still out for delivery 30 hours later. And, still no delivery. Just tell me you can’t deliver the package in the amount of time you promise and I’ll pick another carrier. And, now I know to do that in the future. Paid $21 to have it 2 day.... 7 days later and I’m still waiting for the package to be delivered. It has perishables so an honest assessment would have been helpful

It's been over two weeks since I mailed a package to my daughter in California!?? What in the hell is taking so long?? You do this so that the next time we mail a package we pay the extra to get it shipped faster? Is that your way of trying to get more money out of us?? This is not the first time I've had this problem! Why bother giving a date of delivery???

I live in Muscle Shoals, AL but I use the Post Office in Leighton, AL because the staff there is always friendly and they are very helpful and when I need a roll of stamps they have them.

4/21 a small pkg was mailed from webster ,ma to RI . delivery date was 4/24. Today 4/28 I used the tracking # and found out that it made it to its destination...in Greensboro NC

Always late. You pay for First Class shipping and get economy service. If that is you get it at all and it's in one piece. They dont need bailed out . The need to be dissolved. Pathetic service.

I sent a package on March 31 to a company in Palmdale California. The package says that it is there and has been since April 4 but has not been scanned. I have three days to return this package to get my credit and it’s not gonna make it there on time. Why would it be held, who knows!!! It says it’s waiting to be scanned does it really take 30 days to scan a package... Ridiculous!!! Tracking system does not work obviously will not send again. And I will be sure to tell other people about it.
