Sent off a bd gift for my 5 yr old grandson 11 days ago. It went from Cimarron, NM, Albuquerque NM, Denver, CO, Atlanta GA, San Francisco,CA. Currently it is MIA! Its should have been in Pioneer, CA. My grandson thinks i forgot about him!

Usps service has been terrible ,waiting on a priority package that was supposed to be delivered 4/20/2020 3 days later have not recieved package and tbe tracking number shows it went from 1 post office to the next 2 days after it was shipped and thats it. Tracking says on way to next destination but the map shows it still at the second post office with the last update saying in transit to next destination and that was 4/21/2020 1 day after the supposed delivery day of 4/20 ,its now 4/23/2020 tracking still says in transit to next destination on 4/21/2020 ,so basically its lost or someone stole it ,,im pretty angry as this was medical supplies for sick covid patients,

Always something goes wrong. The first time, I was not home so I did not get my package. I thought they were going to try again the next day but I find out they lost my package and that they can’t do anything about it.

Have found Postal employees very helpful in the various areas that I use them. Definitely oppose any move to hijack USPS for conversion into a profit company.

Paid 16$ for priority mail...did not receive my package on time. Said it was in my town on the day I needed it yet did not get it.

The USPS employee told me that my package was going to arrive at this address today and she was right. She was honest and told me that it could not make it overnight but was going to get there today.
