Sent package on Saturday Arrived on Tuesday Pleasant experience at the Rock Falls Post Office Thank you for your excellent service

Unable to track package. Hopefully it is not lost

My experience was great with the staff of the positive office at 21st Long Island City friendly and helpful.

According to your levels of delivery, I chose Priority and paid $63.10 for that service. Your website states 1-3 days for delivery. My receipt says PM 2-DAY expected arrival 4/16/2020. As of today, 4/22/2020, its yet to arrive to its final destination. I called to inquire why its taking so long, and I was told "because Priority is not guaranteed " yet, you advertise the distinction and CHARGE to imply that the package will be delivered by the allotted time as stated on my receipt and according to your website. Because it is now 6 DAYS after the promised delivery date, is totally UNACCEPTABLE PERFORMANCE on the part of the US POSTAL SERVICE. Therefore I am requesting a refund of $63.10 and you can be sure I will not trust nor will I ever use the US POSTAL SERVICE to deliver anything else. Tracking no. 9505 5101 1882 0105 1897 39

My experience today at the Long Beach New York office was nothing short of great. The employee, clerk 3, was informative and answered all of my questions, which helped me to decide the shipping method for my packages.

Delivered to the wrong address.

I will not be using USPS anymore. My first time using them and got screwed. my package never got to it's destination. I enter the tracking # . It stopped at route in progress. I paid for next day delivery. Should of just send my package through regular mail.

My package was not delivered to climax Michigan went to penspania still waiting.

I've been waiting all day for a delivery I was to get at 12:30 pm, it's now 8:00 p.m.. where's the package?

Have shipped w USPS several times. Each tome worst than the last. Always have to run around searching for packages. Not fun.

Whenever I see my package is coming via usps, I know it's lost or late.

I have been waiting on a certified letter that never came, i have been tracking it & only three dates have appeared the 6th 7 th & 11th after that it got ghost.
