Mailed a package to go 180 miles over a week ago. Tracking says in transit to next facility since last week. Sending post office took info yesterday morning to check it out supposed to call me back, still no call from them as of noon today. I don't know why they call it tracking when the have no idea where my package is. I should have drove it there myself. Terrible service.

This is the second time that my shipment has taken forever to get to its destination. I will never be using your delivery services again. Should NOT take 2,weeks for a package tyo get delivered half way across country especially with the prices you are charging for this service. DISGRACEFUL. I SHOULD BE REIMBURSED MY MONEY BECAUSE YOU DID NOT DELIVER WHEN YOU SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED BY. THANKS! YOU RUINED MY GRANDDAUGHTERS EASTER. NEVER AGAIN. YOUR SERVICES STINK. I GIVE YOU....NO STAR RATING.....0 IS WHAST YOU GET FROM ME.....DO YOUR JOBS.......NO WONDER THE POST OFFICE WILL SOON BE OBSOLETE. YOU CANT DO YOUR JOBS.

We shipped 3 packages all to Colorado. Only one is there on the date you all said it would get there. One still hasn’t left the post office in Missouri . Same size and weight as the one that is in Colorado. The 3 one is in Indianapolis.last I checked Colorado is west, not east! We have shipped with you and your flat rate boxes before and not had a problem.

Package to me was shipped weeks ago still have not received it

Package coming from Henderson Nevada to California Addressee. By way of Akron Ohio!!! Really? STILL WAITING ON PACKAGE from a week ago.

I send 3 package to 3 different state, 2 of them already got to the destination, the third one have been in Memphis for three days and still there, reason ???

Horrible service! A package mailed on 4/3/2020 was supppse to arrive on 4/9/2020, a birthday gift for my grandson. It finally arrived today on 4/14/2020. $12 for the package to arrive 11 days later, ridiculous.

I mailed a Easter package out to my step daughter in Cape Coral FL on April 6. I live in Fallon NV The page should have arrived yesterday in Cap coral....it didn’t. When I put the tracking # it shows the package went to Los Angeles, Ca and has been there all last week showing the 10th of April a Friday. Just a few minutes ago I brought up the tracking #, and it looks like the package is now back in Fallon where it originated. What’s up with this? Never have I had any issues with usps until now. I just feel so bad she didn’t get her Easter stuff as I told her last week it was on the way. The tracking number is 9534 6100 5802 0097 0684 96

I paid for 2 day shipping on Fri afternoon. They still don't have the package yet.

Ballard seattle post office has an exceptional employee. He is clerk #8. I’ve never had such efficient, helpful, cheerful service. He treats every customer with patience and expertise. It makes my day.
