I walk a mile to the post office a couple times a week to mail off my personally written books. The customer service I recieve from Jessie makes the walk worth it. She always has a Bright outlook and a welcoming attitude. As a young male & person of color I have felt uncomfortable in certain spaces in The neighborhood. But when Jessie is working I feel safer and truly appreciated. She is a pleasant light in these dark times and Deserves hazard pay and overtime for her extraordinary service!

I sent a package on the 8th of April to go to New Jersey. It's been sitting in Des Moines Iowa since Saturday. That's less than 200 miles from where I live in Eleven hundred Mile trip

Packages never arrive when they are promised! No wonder people don't ship via USPS!!

Don't know if package has left China and made it too US It's already 4 days late.

I never get my shipment when I order off line then I go to post office no one helps out instead of holding my package and give me a call they ship it back to the shipper United states postal service very is insufficient at there jobs if u want to receive any packages I'd advise to go through fed ex

I went in one day after the plexiglass was installed per Corona prevention measures 6 ft markers on floor for customers. Super job, USPS!

Takes forever to receive packages. Little to no help from actual personnel. Sometimes merchandise is treated poorly

It took 4 days for a package to get from Martinez ca to Oakland Ca- have had no updates for another 4 days.

I sent a USPS Priority Envelope to Honolulu Hawaii on 4/10/2020. It still has not arrived. I have never had a package to Honolulu, Hi from Denver, Colorado take longer than 3 days. I am disappointed and This is the third package sent the same day, paying Priority rates and not one of them has arrived as to this date 4/15/2020.

My package has been at the New Jersey installation for a month according to tracking. What is the problem?

I paid 2 day Priority Mail for an UPSP envelope to be sent to Los Angeles California on 4/10/2020 and it is 4/15/2020 and the Priority Envelope still has not arrived. I am very disappointed. Denver, Colorado Priority Mail has never taken this long to arrive in Los Angeles, California. I could have saved money and sent it regular mail or Another mail delivery service.
