Unfortunately, I found the service at the Willow Street Pennsylvania location to be consistently disrespectful and rude. I mail packages frequently, because I sell items on Etsy. I actively do whatever I can to avoid this location. I have only encountered the same 2-3 woman working there. Each one is curt, short, and blatantly disrespectful. It seems as though they’ve gotten a bit too comfortable in (possibly) long held positions.

4 days in transit?? Which shows unknown?? Is this acceptable?

Usually my items get delivered to me ontime.

When comes to mail they are ok, most of the time occasionally loose mail. However, with packages they are HORRIBLE. They mark as delivered at 140am to Amazon which is time they are loading trucks. They are constantly not delivering the packages or leaving them on top or next mailbox. Our mailbox is across street from the house, not on our property, and easy access for anyone to grab. Yet despite complaints and mailbox less than 100ft walking from house it keeps happening. If they mark to pick up at post office it often is not available the next morning for pick up.

Paid paid $60 to get the package delivered in 2 or 3 days. It was delivered later and it the box was in bad shape. Looks like stuff fell out. Not happy.

I paid for priority mail and package did not arrive on time. It was 2 days late. Do I get a refund? I mailed a package 2 days after the original package and it arrived faster than the priority package. Both were from Boerne,tx and the first one was sent to Sugarland, TX and the second (not priority) to San Diego,TX
