Terrible will never use again I give no stars

According to tracking my package has been at Miami for 14 days. When will it move ?

I use Priority Mail to ship gifts to my grandkids. Out of the last five times, only twice did it arrive on the “Expected Delivery Day”. The other three times it arrived a day late. I have not complained before, but this time I was sending Covid protection masks, so I wanted the package to arrive as quickly as possible...not a day late.

Sent package to Wisconsin to deaf mom with instructions to place on side door. Packaged tracking stated delivery, yes to the neighbor and smashed to high heaven.

The worst delivery and shipping. Why i say that is for 1 i had a package shipped from over seas and 1 it got to the states it bounced from california to Ohio like 5 times and still dont have and dont kno wen i will get it. If i even get it still. Now i went down to the post office here in Mansfield Ohio only to find out somehow it showed LA, CA and not Mansfield Ohio. I even showed the tracking info they have and it said mansfield Ohio. So then i tell me i need to contact the sender. Theres a tracking number provided but they claim they cant get it y not it still in yhere system and im still getting updates on its location. But i still cant get it anfd they have now way to contact another post office. Like how can u not directly contact another branch to solve the issues and this isnt the first time, i had 2 other packages that i nv got and they nv assisted me to find it in their system. They need a better shipping handlers and a direct contact between every post office so issues like this can easly be solved

This is terrible. Been waiting for a month. Kept getting notices that it would be here on the 15th. It is the 16th and it is still not here. Tracking information has disappeared now. It was here yesterday.

Always a pleasure to deal with the employees at the Dunmore PA post office. Knowledgeable and helpful as well as professional.

Havent had an update for my pkg for 5 day???? Someone is not doing their job......

It's been more than two weeks, still haven't received the packages.

My postal experience was great! The clerk Mr. Larry Cooper was very knowledgeable and efficient.?

I understand that due to the current circumstances packages will be delayed but give a realistic date we don't need additional stress. My cashier was pleasant, this review doesn't reflect the cashier but IT need to add at least a week on the expected delivery time. I'd rather expect 2 weeks but it's delivered in one week oppose to telling me 2 days. I'm still waiting.

No information getting about my packet

The USPS is doing a great job keeping the mail going on time. COVID-19 hasn’t slowed them down at all. It has slowed down Amazon’s delivery substantially but when Amazon sends through USPS those packages get here lightning fast. Keep up the good work you’ve always been known for USPS!

I mailed 4 packages to the same address in Massachusetts on the 8 of April and 3 out of the 4 have been received,the 4 is still in transit,says it was received at USPO in Greensboro, NC.WHATS UP WITH THA?????
