Mail never came, says no access not true. Also mail comes at different times everyday. Sometimes its 10 a.m sometimes 6 at night.

Tracking system obsolete !!!!! Few days stay between 2 close centers . Scary when it’s a cross country shipment !!!!!

I always shudder when someone sends something usps. Tracking and response is awful. Now I'm waiting two days for a package that was shipped from a location about 90 minutes drive. I always use fedex and ups wherever possible. It's on truck for delivery since 3:30 from a location 40 mins away. It's after 9pm. Now I wonder if I'll ever see the package at all.

Supposedly package to be delivered on April 6 2020. As of today according to the tracking still in Newark NJ

You STINK, mailed a small flat package from Greenville, MI. on April 2nd. Was told it would get to Chicago, it destination on Saturday April 4th. Tracking says it could not deliver due no mail receptacle. The mailbox is right outside the front door attached to the house as it has been for over 40 years. On April 6th I requested an update on the status of this package. Only information you are showing is Saturday's. What is wrong with you people, why is this not updated? I paid enough to have this delivered. If we were able to travel I could have had it there April 2nd. Since we can not I depended on your service. I WILL NOT make this MISTAKE again!

What happened to my package? Tracking stopped at San Francisco 11 days ago. No word since!

The tracking information hasn't changed in over a week! It's ridiculous!

I'm happy with USPS with all my deliveries

I sent package priority on Apr 1st. Was told it would be delivered in 2 days. It is Apr 7th and still not delivered. Paid extra for this service.

Sent a package to Savoy Illinois just south of Champaign. Package went to Champaign, then was shipped to New York. Why!

Paid for a letter pack to be delivered on Monday April 6t Letter pack did not even leave Richmond, VA until yesterday. So, I paid $7.75 for absolutely nothing!!!
