Mailed my daughter a package the other day, was told it would be delivered by Friday (today). She didn't receive it do I tracked it. It has spent the last 2 days in Warrendale distribution center. According to their website they are closed until Monday. No wonder people are using other means if shipping.

Pay extra for priority mail, and you don't get it till 5 days later! I am not happy with your service.

Sent letter 2 day priority last Saturday and still is not delivered.

Paid over $25.00 for overnight to Spring, Texas yesterday. Did not arrive. Tracking states in Gilmer in possession of USPO??? No further info posted. Where is it.

What's the sense of paying extra money for priority mail when I still haven't received the package and it's over a week.

Seth at the Post Office in Center Point, Tx is always friendly, smiling, and helpful. We need more like him.

Terrible. The tracking doesn't tell u where the PKG is. Supposedly to be delivered today but sure eintbe able to tell. Won't use them again.

Horrible service! Reliability is for sure not an integral part of USPS.

The tracking feature is useless. The carrier in my area often lies about attempted deliveries

Mail was due to be delivered a week ago and I’m still seeing (In Transit to next facility) over a week later. Smh!!!!!!!! Horrible!

Thomas, amazing at the distribution center, on Emily Dr Clarksburg WV. Very polite, professional...no one else couldn't seem to be able to help me...Thomas kept making phone calls, with a smile until he resolved all issues. I left feeling like my business there mattered...very good service
