Every time I ship to michigan it's late!!!! Anywhere from 3weeks late to 2 days no matter what the weather is like

Paid 2.80 to go from Woodlawn TN. to Kula, HI with delivery date est. O4/09/20 took 5 days to reach Memphis TN. Mailed on 03/25 .

Online makes no sense. Where is my certified package? Suppose to have arrived. Is it lost? Won't be 1st package list by uspo. Frustrating :(

Constantly loosing mail and packages. When you call and can get through they don't care AT ALL!!! Total idiot's!!!!

disapointing. you do not give the destination or zip code for the destination. So how can someone with 24 different tracking number track any of them ? your postal employee told me to look up the zip codes here. she was not kind enough to write the zips on the receipts.

The Postal Clerks work hard and have to deal with terrible customers. They are always calm and courteous.

Delivered as they said they would. Very helpful when mailed to recipient.

The post office carrier has always been professional and respectful and when I go into the post office station I get the same respect

Tried another time to send USPS. Should have arrived 2 days ago, usps unable to track number. Totally worthless and once again I have wasted money

Again, USPS does great with envelopes but that's it. Guarantee delivery packages very poor

My vet 20 miles away mailed my dog’s medication on march 25, 2020, and it is now april 2. The parcel is in a facility 189 miles away. I have mo knowledge how to contact anyone to tell me what the delay is. I NEED THE MEDICINE
