Great service, with excellent, dependable employees.

Often loses packages or claim to have delivered them when they haven't.

Most Postal employees do an outstanding job. There are some that should not be in the customer service end of the business. They do not have the personality for it. Should be additional qualifications for window clerks because they are sometimes the interaction that causes customers to return or go elsewhere with their business.

This is important to be able to do & know it's on the way.

Sara in the Sugar House office is the BEST. She guided me to find the best solution to mail some calendars. She also took time to make sure the box was taped securely. Her customer service skills are a plus 10! What a pro. Her customer service skills are better than the customer service I received when I bought a $43,000 car! Sara you rock!

I feel the USPS has came a long way, my mailman David does a Great Job. The USPS Office in Georgetown is does Fantastic job even during xmas season I never waited in line more than 20 minutes. This APP is Great I get alerts that tells me when my packages is left at my door. Thank you guys for the great service.

Pretty easy to use!

It took my package 5 days to get to me and I refused it and its been nearly 3 weeks and it still hasnt arrived at its destination

We moved to Brigantine NJ two years ago. Our postal workers are excellent. They are friendly and efficient. And our mailcarrier, Anthony, is the best yet. He always goes the extra mile to be helpful.

The last 2 packages I sent out took way way to long to arrive to destination! Very disappointed ..I paid for a 1day delivery on day 3 still didn't arrive!!

Driver claims she put the letter in my mailbox on Saturdey 03/28/20. When I went to check my mail on that day the mailbox was hanging open and there was nothing in it

The tracking system seems to work fairly well I'm not disappointed.
