Have always depended on the postal service. They do an awesome job.

Package never arrived when it was surpose to in2-3 days an now day 4 and still not there,if not then I know next time I’ll use ups, and probably not get my 50 it was Insurance’s for an my 60 dollars it cost to send it,so no I would not tell anybody to use usps

I use USPS often. I just wish they could deliver in time when I mail to N.C..

My package never arrive

Always late or item damaged or missing in transit.

I went to the 100 S. Broad St. location on 3/27/20 at 12:55pm. The person serving me was watching a small TV, which was very loud. After turning it down she asked me what I needed help with in a tone implying I was bothering or interrupting her. I needed 2 money orders but walked out with only one because she was busy calling her creditor about cutting her a break on her due bill due to Cov 19. I never got the chance to ask for the second money order. The 2nd cashier was just fidgeting. Two ladies in their 80s came in and they were also wondering why it was talking long to get assistance. The people behind the counter, especially the one I had we’re still discussing their personal issues and the virus with scant attention to the 3 customers. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any USPS. None Ed if us wanted

Great service during crazy times

I recently mailed a package at Pasadena’s Lincoln Station, which has always had wonderful clerks helping out. Junior advised me of a more economical and speedy way to send my package, and I couldn’t be more grateful ! Even though the difference was only a few dollars, it mattered to him, and in spite of the current uncertain climate, he was concerned for my expense and also for the faster arrival of my package. Thank you, Junior ! You made the whole experience great !!!

The postal workers at the Hamilton, Montana post office are courteous, cheerful and helpful. The wait is never long and I enjoy going to this branch.

Sent USPS express pkg from IN to AZ got there in 1 day as they guarantee or money back. Sent another pkg the next day USPS priority and it ended up delivered in 2 days within their shipping guidelines. Very satisfied.

I've been waiting for a credit of 50 some odd dollars for a package that was delivered to someone else over 3 months ago. Have spoken to postal employees that said they'd call me back still no reply!!!!!!

I was home all day and nothing was delivered but yet the post office put in not accessable which is a lie. We have the worse mail carrier ever always loosing mail or putting it in other peoples boxes or putting in lies because they dont deliver the mail
