I am very disappointed. I mailed this package on march 13 2020.It was suppise to.reach the distination march 19 2020. I pd. 51.35 to mail this box. It still has not arrived today is march 21st. .This was my grandson birthday present.I amvery upset with this mail system.Im not surprised everyone is using Amazon.I will from now on..

I just wish I could know when the package is actually delivered, other than that I think this is a very good tracking system.

Says it’s out for packages for delivery then I watch the mail person put the mail in the mailbox so I go out to get the mail and no package and none on my porch so that’s why I give it a one star seriously this is like 20 times this is happened to me

USPS is the most horrible system ever. I have been fighting to get deliveries for years. Auburn NH is no different. Lazy does not even cover it. Packages jammed in mailbox so nothing else will fit. When removing items get damaged because they are too lazy to walk 10 feet. Won’t deliver packages they are contracted to deliver and won’t notify customer and give option to pick up they just return to sender. Leave in the rain no matter what instructions are on package. Horrible horrible service.

Package not delivered driver to lazy to try and go around road construction to deliver my package a few hundred feet down the street!

I bought something off of e-bay,and was coming from Florida, went from Naples, Florida to fort Myers, Florida, then to Palestine,il and has been bouncing around and being scanned and staying at Palestine then to Carol Stream,il and bouncing back and forth between the two towns,instead of being sent on,I just want my package,and wish someone could do their job correctly,

I would not use USPS agen my shipment all ready 3 days late and thay changed the delivery date once and it just sat in ca. From 3/12 throw3/17 like they care if we need what we order and my shipment is not here as of 3/21

5 of 5 we have better experiences with our package than with our luggage when flying.

A package was supposed to be forwarded from crystal river fla to warrenton va on the 10th. Seems if you forward a package tracking updated on the website ceases. Spent a total of 65 minutes on hold trying to speak to an agent. When i finally got someone on the phonethey were a little surley. When i put in the id number at different access points on google i get different answers on the package status. Since one of the search results shows it out for delivery in crystal river i suspect it is at the facility there and i cannot find a phone number for that facility. It has been 11 days and still no package or updates on the web.

never received package not the first time they gave package to someone else

They don't update there packages often enough I have been told though tracking that my package is in a different place and then bam it's at my door and if I don't know it's coming that day that leaves it open for someone to steal it so they really need to fix this
