I was shipped two packages from daughter from San Antonio,TX 2 days ago which she paid 2 day Priority. I received the first today 3/20/2020 by never received the second package. I feel she should receive a refund for that package which was supposed to be delivered today.

Advertise 3-4 day delivery on packages....but 9 times out of 10 they are at least 1 day late, often several days late. But do they admit it and apologize? No...they just change the scheduled delivery day and then its not late!? Ridiculous! USPS should STOP advertising 3-5 day and advertise it as 5-7 day delivery which is more the reality! Then if it comrs sooner, ppl will be happy....instead of every pkg being late everytime and making ppl mad. Only a government company could get away with such blatant FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! !

This is the second time that I mailed a parcel 3 day priority and it gets there 5-8 days! Do I get my money back?

Always, always use USPS. Never a disappointment or a delay. Tracking is spot in. Cost is the best. Pleased as can be. Love emails about mailbox mail with image.

Sent It priority mail and paid the extra but it still has not reached its destination! It is of high importance and time is of the essence yet no updates as of Monday and it’s now Friday! Dissatisfied

Pathetic...certified mail sent to dallas to. Fri. March 13 from bethany ok. Post office. As of friday may 20 tracking shows location as still in bethany but in route...I would assume on the back of a sea turtle. Worthless!!!

The Bay Road Saginaw branch has ALWAYS been so helpful.

The usps said my package was out for Delivery then a message came at 110 am waiting for Delivery scan. And I've been waiting 3 weeks for my package.

I love my post office people at Orwell Ohio!! They are friendly and ready to serve when ever I needed to mail a package,put a hold on my mail or purchase stamps.

Love the service can keep up with my package
