The employees at Melrose Vista 3901 W Broward BLVD Fort Lauderdale are very uptight, antisocial, and disrespectful. Very bad customer service experience there.

Mailed package on Feb. 24. Last update available was March 1. It's now March 11 and I have no idea where they are. So much for USPS tracking.

I think the word incompetence is putting it lightly....if you have a package that won t fit in your mail box your hurting because they will not get out of there vehical.....but I did get a notice that they couldn't deliver my package because there was not a secure location.....thats been a week ago and who knows where it's at

Terrible! I just wanted to find the expected delivery date! I could not find this information. The tracking shows my package hasn’t left the area after 24 hours!
