Absolutely garbage service. Absolutely garbage delivery. I have been waiting 3 weeks and my package hasn't moved once.

I request all packages to be put under patio in backyard, but this never happens. They're always just dropped off on the front porch. Therefore, I request the senders to use U.P.S. vs. my mail carrier.

We have nothing positive at the moment to say about the postal service. We have had to live shipments of baby chicks that we're shipped in the mail and we were not able to track either one of them with the tracking number.

I receive other people's mail weekly

We sent an envelope with tracking on Friday March 6 from Miami to Tampa. We got our first tracking report on Sunday March 8 indicating that the parcel arrived in Sacramento CA?. On Monday the tracker indicated “in transit”. On Tuesday, March 10, the tracker indicated the envelope had departed Sacramento at 5:30 am. On Wednesday, March 11, the tracker indicated the envelope had arrived at the Sarasota Distribution Center at 9:57 am. As of Thursday morning, March 12, there is still no indication of what happened to my envelope. Almost one week has passed since I mailed the envelope from Miami to Tampa, and it seems most of the week the envelope was in California? I called the 1-800 number on the tracker and they can tell me exactly what the tracker said and they have no explanation of why the envelope went to California, or where it might be now. If it is lost, why don’t they just tell me so!, it seems like USPS systems have totally failed on this item, with no explanation.

Over 3 months and package doesn't arrive. Just give back my package and I will never use USPS. They should tell us that the packages get lost going to Mexico. Can they track the package. The package has been stuck in Mexico for 3 months.

My priority package has been sitting in the same post office for 24 hours without moving. Why pay for priority if it's just going to sit somewhere?

Sent a package to Calif 7 days ago using 2 day delivery. USPS has no idea where it is or when it will be delivered. Bad enough that my packages are often slow but to outright lose them? All packages will go Fed--ex from this point forward.

I sent mail on Feb 14th to a military base in Guam. So far I can not tell if it arrived at the mailing address I sent it to. The tracking # does not show that it has been delivered to the correct address. How can I find out where this mail is?! Very important!

Sent small package from post office in Los Angeles on a Saturday. Went across town. Tracking receipt says 2 days and should have been there on Monday. Delivered on Wednesday. No excuse! None!

Snail mail this is got to be the slowest mail in history USPS is a joke

I mailed a parcel out on Monday before noon at the Three Rivers post office in MA. I was told it would arrive on Wednesday. Well here it is Wednesday and the parcel has made it 8 miles away in 3 days to the city of Springfield,MA. Here's my tracking number.9505 5129 4982 0069 1182 53. I am disappointed. I know things happen out of our control. Just disappointed. Wonder how many days it's going to take now?

Package still hasn't been received, was supposed to be here on the 9th, no tracking info so no clue where it is reroute that's if it's even reroute! If I don't receive sometime today, I will cancel the order!!
