It takes foreves to bring a package and it never says when is supposed to arrive.

I sent a package by priorty 2 day mail on March 6th from washington state to Nashville Tennessee. It arrived at the Bashvilke distribution center on the 7th, was then sent to MA and is now, on the 10th, in NH. I'm more than a little confused and upset. I wanted it there in a safe and timely manner.

Why did my package go from Lincoln to Springfield MA???? It’s was being mailed to Coventry. Just doesn’t make sense , but what else is new?

No updates bad customer service

I went into the Hartford post office in the late afternoon. The clear was pleasant and very knowledgeable, efficient on her job. Pleasant Atmosphere and in and out. No lines

It was supposed to be there Saturday and its monday and still not there. Upsetting

I love going to Ace Hardware to send my packages! Personal, professional and no lines! And still get the great services as you do at the US Postoffice!

Can't get in contact with nobody

My package has been sitting there since last Wednesday 3-4-2020 it got a label but it ain’t been delivered to me THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- especially because there’s no one to speak to or ask questions about it HORRIBLE- have no way of doing anything about or why the long wait.

Where is my shipment that started with UPS and then to USPS..9261290983776654140160...

It was easy to mail my package and the price to mail it back was reasonable and I was given several options.

Very good about delivering packages

The driver never came to my door while being double parked in, in front of my home. Your service didn’t give me the info to pick up my package for an important event. DISAPPOINTED!
