Packages arriving late, and boxes been smashed or taped poorly when they've been damaged

It told me that my package was attempted to deliver but there was no where to put it so they took it back instead of putting it in my mail box

Receipt stated 'expected delivery day Friday 3/6/20'....checked with recipient on 3/7: still had not arrived!

Very slow to update and no estimated arrival date. Same info 3 days in a row.

Not only was it supposed to be delivered on the 5th. My buddy paid extra to have it delivered on the 5th

Terrible service. I’ve waited more than a week for my package that was supposed to arrive in 2 days and the package cannot be found and I cannot get a refund of my money. Scam!!!!!

This is why the postal service has become garbage. Tried to track and my tracking report states in transit to next facility. This has been 3 days with no update. Fed Ex could have shipped to Australia by now. USPS is garbage.

Have not updated tracking in two days. Don't know where my package is at. This is unacceptable.

I paid for 1st class for 2 seperate packages and neither one arrived on time WHERE ARE MY PACKAGES AND THE MONEY I SPENT FOR 1ST CLASS

Item posted at UPS in Jersey City on 5/5 at 3:45 pm and at this time 7:39 pm 28 hours later mail has not moved cost was $16.78 . Whats going on with the service paid well over for?
