My package was supposed to be delivered to Asheville, N. C. today. Yesterday it was in Memphis and today it was sent to Mississippi! What are we paying our money for?

Mailed letter 2-24- by certified mail from proberta ca.to kirkland Az a week later it made it to Phoenix Az. Now it has sat there for 3 days. Still hasn't got to kirkland az

Why offer tracking service when nobody bothers to update it? An imaginary number is assigned to a package when it's mailed,, and that's the last time it's even looked at. With 21st-century technology, it's ridiculous.

This is ridiculous...since Dicembere 31 I sent a package to Veraceuz Mexico and still stuck in Mexico city. More than 2 months. CW799573831US This is the tracking number. Someone please let me know if is going to be delivered or not. Someone needs to be in charge. If not, send it back to me.

I never got the package.

Everytime i am waiting on a package its a problem. Says my package was out for delivery 7:10 yesterday.... But it also says it was resceduled for next day delivery at 14:51....a few weeks ago it was the same story different package.

Failed expected on time delivery.

Sent letter on 2/25/2020, was supposed to be delivered 2/28/2020, and here it s 3/3/2020 and still not there. Look up tracking says it’s still in Kentucky. Why did I pay extra for certified mail and this was an important document that needed to be there no later then 3/1/2020.

I paid for overnight shipping was told it would be there Friday 2-28-2020 By 3pm didn’t get there till Monday 3-2-2020 at 11:38 am

My package has bounced back and forth between states and cities due to the strange routing systems and errors in package scanning. It should not take a package two weeks to go from one end of the Country to the other.
