It’s been 18 days and my package is still sitting at where it ships from

I am very unhappy about my package has not arrived which usually comes in 2days. It was sent 2/28 and the app is no better tracking it. It gives an update from 3/2 sitting in the USPS on the NW side. I live on the SE side coming from the West side. I'm really frustrated! I need my package in a reasonable time and have better tracking.

We, sent package from Montana to phinex Alabama and it got there for sure like they told me it would.I was very satisfied with the services I received.

I ordered a old magazine it was shipped February 21 it’s now March 5 it been 13 days where is it and I even have a PO Box come on now

Like the USPS much better than FedEx and the other delivery services.

I’ve never seen such a slow process before !!!!!! This is the second time I’ve sent a package this way and I think I could drive it there myself faster !!!

I shipped on 02-22-20 today is 03-05-20 and it's still in transit, this is way beyond ridiculous, I hope it isn't lost.

I believe packages would arrive sooner and tracking would be more reliable if they were sent pony express and the use of telegraphs.

Please explain when a package is received by the post office what does awaiting acceptance supposed to mean and why does everything that come from or thru Oregon take so long

7 days and letter is not received it pays for tracking letter going to Fla. went to Fla. now in Kansas help me Dorothy.

Probably the worst experience at a USPO I’ve ever had. ‘Andy’ seemed like he couldn’t wait to be done with his workday. Terrible people skills. He’s the type of person who makes you want to go UPS or FedEx. I wanted to give 0 stars, but at least his did his job competently.

This package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. My last package was in a loop. It also took over a week to arrive. Why is the service getting so very bad. I wish I could give them -5 stars

Lately the delivery service has been appalling. and nobody does anything to improve.

In this digital day it seems usps just can't keep up. Every other delivery organization appears to do a better job of moving inventory quicker more effectively and efficiently.

I was very impressed by the staff at the post office at 18555 E. Smoky Hill Road; Aurora, CO 80015 - they were all very helpful, calm and friendly - the day and time I went -3/3/20 about 4:00pm -?there was a lot going on including a long line and challenging customers but they all continued to remain calm and friendly thanking everyone for their patience in having to wait! So I wanted to acknowledge and thank them for their professional and friendly service!
