I sent an overnight letter to Boston on 2/13/24, it is 2/18/24 and tracking is telling me it is not registering yet. My letter is extremely important to me. This is not the first time I get horrible service from USPS. NEVER AGAIN!

Very very poor service my letter witch contains very important and irreplaceable information was supposed to arrived on 2/12/24 and still no update on it even though they are investigating and someone was supposed to contact me, plus only one person was nice to me on the phone or on person, the rest very unprofessional especially the one from my local post office.

I have sent 3 packages to Hawaii via Priority mail. 2 took 2 work days and 1 took 3 work days. All my Christmas packages got there 1 day prior than expected day. USPS has done an outstanding job for me, thank you!

They said my package was delivered and it was not there. I didn’t receive it and now I’m upset bc I needed my package for an event.

What's up USPS Why until now I didn't recieve my letter ???

USPS did an excellent job in delivering our pkg from Pa to Ok it arrived when they said it would and also damage free, they were also half the price UPS WAS was, going to keep using USPS !! Great job.

You have done a poor job at delivering my package that was to be delivered by Feb15 and at Feb 18th is still I undelivered … sorry to have you handling my package.. I will do it differently next time

I don't understand the logic. The package was 40 minutes away in Trenton, New Jersey, so why is it now 1.5 hours in the opposite direction in Queens, New York?

Your service is SLOW, OVER PRICED!!!

I sent a box to my daughter which was suppose to be delivered 2/12/24, it is now 2/17/24 and she hasn't received it yet. Why did I pay for priority postage???

Usps always dies a great job

The people are friendly and are always willing to answer any question I may have. Very courteous always willing to help with any problem I may have whether I am mailing a package or first class mail.

Not to happy. Package from Westchester NY to Westfield, NJ already 24 hours late. Due Friday the 16th. My previous package actually made better time from NY to Texas ...crazy

It said my package was delivered 2-16-2024. I didn’t get my package.
