I was supposed to get my package February 16th. It's now the 19th and I still do not have it. It says delivered!?

Mailed a certified letter 1/30 and as of 2/19 it is still in route. Crazy !! Sould have only took 5 days at the most.

Will only use UPS from now on. Lost my pkg !

I ordered on Amazon Prime & the package was shipped via USPS. A note was left in my mailbox saying attempted delivery, undeliverable due to my house being over 1/2 mile from my mailbox. My house is 8/10 of a mile. I've ordered through Amazon numerous times & all packages were delivered directly to my house without any problem. This is the 1st time I ordered on Amazon & my package was shipped by USPS. This is totally unsatisfactory & unacceptable. I pay monthly to use Amazon Prime. They should deliver my packages. There is no reason it should be shipped by USPS. I use Amazon because they have always been fast in the past. I don't use USPS because they are always closed when I get finished with my work M-F & they are always closed on the weekend.

I never had a problem sending my package to my Country but I send 2 weeks ago l and it's still sitting in Cincinnati

If this is your new version of tracking by tracking number provided by shipper - you didn't do yourselves any favors. It's ugly. I had to try 5 different times just to get a response - which told me little to noting and didn't give me an option to add it to Informed Delivery. Care to try again - or to let me know it's not done yet - or tell me it's still a work in progress - or tell me you have no idea what's going on and you'll check into it and get back to me. 12/20/22 Scan states exception on my missing package ! Just received an email they lost it. Poor service, Christmas gift never to be seen again. Not even a replacement nothing !!

I was supposed to have My Package the 15th N London KY, & it's the 18th ,SUNDAY, & It just arrived to the post office N London, & being told I won't Reieve it till Tuesday..There's NO EXUSE for that kind of Incompidance!! That's My Review!!

My package says it will be delivered by 2:15 on 02/18 and it’s still sitting in the same spot since 8:00 am this morning which is 02/18

2 packages were sent from SC on the same day, same post office to the same tri-city area in Washington. One arrived, one is still out there, having gone from Spokane to Seattle and back to Spokane, but it took 6 days ! It’s been over a week since I mailed it and it still is not delivered.

It's been over a month now and tracking shows my package is still in transit but what the hell is going on with my package. I can't even get you people to find out what is happening with my package. SHAME,SHAME

I mailed a package that is a birthday l gift on 2/14/24 from Billings Mt to reach Sacramento California by 2/21/24 and the postal worker assured me no special delivery charges were needed as it would arrive on time without a problem. Estimated date of arrival 2/17/24 but as of today 2/18/24 it has not been received and tracking shows its still in Billings Mt. If the gift I paid to send does not arrive by 2/21/24 at the latest I will use UPS or FedEx for all future package deliveries and NEVER AGAIN USE THE UNRELIABLE POST OFFICE.

I sent an important document to the government of Spain in Barcelona (Federal background check) from the Federal Bureau of Investigation on November 10, 2023 from the Dania Beach office in Florida, they lost that document, we are in February 2024 and I still don't have a response, in that office the treatment was very bad and their response is that they don't know anything and they also don't want to return the money I paid for the shipping.
