I sent my cousin a certified first class letter 02/13/24 and the arrival date supposed to be 02/16/24. According to USPS tracking my letter reflected the same status at one facility for two days and the next facility also two days which is two hours south of origin of destination for delivery. It must be a better processing procedure to insure on time first class mail processing.

Service is getting worse and worse. I live in Fokey Al. At Christmas I mailed a card with gift cards to my grandson in Georgia, I paid for priority mail 10 days before Christmas. He not only never got it to this day 2/19/24. I guess some helped themselves to $100.00 in a gift card.. Now here we are again I mailed a box of little toy items and a birthday card… I paid $18.40 to mail it on 2/14 and asked if it would get there by Saturday??? Oh yes it sure will. Well today is Monday my Great grandson 5 years old got nothing. Thank you US Post Office, I hate to even think about next time. We as Tax paying people pay Federal Taxes for your lovely jobs. It’s true what they say now: NEVER COUNT on tge Post Office for anything it Stamps. Youse get paid well with benefits. You’re not doing us a favor.

Never seems to go well when using usps. Once again a package shows delivered but didn’t make it to its destination. Why?

Why is it so difficult to deliver a package to this address, 2127 S Ventura St Aurora Co 80013

Mailed on 2/12 for delivery on 2/14 (got tracking to say would be delivered by 9pm on the 14th) still not arrived as of 2/19

You were supposed to deliver my package on Saturday the 17th. The lie they wrote was that my driveway and front door was blocked and they couldn’t deliver it. I was home. The driveway, front door and mailbox were all accessible. Why lie? It’s a small package they could have dropped in mailbox. I wish they would have used someone else.

After a one weeks sightseeing tour around New Jersey with a short trip to NY at an average speed of 2 km per hour, my parcel finally managed to cross the Atlantic Ocean, not from JFK, as one would have expected, but from Newark. So there is still hope. Nevertheless, the USPS tracking is excellent and always kept me up-to-date.

How does a delivery company lose so many of my orders. That’s people’s money that they are taking or throwing away. It is unacceptable.

I am getting tired of the mishandling of my package it got to DFW on 2-14-24, then Wilmer,Tx on 2-15, then on 2-16 it went to Commerce. That's where it was supposed to be, but they sent it to Celeste,Tx then back to Commerce, then on 2-15 to Ft Worth to Coppell then to Dallas Tx. Network Distribution. What in the Hell are you doing, this is crazy!!!! It's looking like you are about to send it back to the sender. Please get off your duffs and get me my package and it was one of two and I got one at Commerce, Tx delivered to me but I need both!!! They go together, get it !!!!! 214 542 7678 let me know something!!!!!

I put my package in there hands Dec. 28 and it still have not received it yet

They have lost my package..it's been three weeks and they haven't found it ..poor service. Won't be using usps anymore

The Valentine's package I sent was supposed to arrive on the 15th where is it it was for my grandchildren everyone disappointed and if it doesn't show up there's no big Valentine hearts left.

Where is my package that you are saying delivered? Terrible service. Package is nowhere to be found.

Tracking shows my package delivered on Monday the 12th Its now Monday the 19th. Its still not here

Sent my mail certified return receipt on 1-13-2024. It is now 2-19-2024 and I still haven't received my receipt.
