If I could give zero stars I would. Sent a box of clothes from NY to my home in Florida. Came late but water logged box. Box was destroyed and my clothes all wet. Sweaters ruined. Never again.

I get notified at 9pm EST. that my package arrived, and I got it from my mailbox at 6pm. You're a little slow

Very bad service of the post office. My packages and letters always arrive 2 o 3 days after the arrival day programed by them.

USPS is doing a good service !

I went into the post office with two Valentine's Day cards. I certified one on February 13, 2024. I went back to the post office today February 20, 2024 with my tracking notice because the recipient hasn't received either card. The supervisor said the cards left Joppa md and went to Baltimore and hasn't been scanned,yet I paid to certify my mail. Shame on the USPS

Sent a pack to my grandbabies on the 17th of February, paid for 2 DAY DELIVERY. Putting it at their house in tn on Saturday, here it is Tuesday afternoon and it still says it is in facility in transit. How can they charge an exorbitant amount of money for 2 day delivery and it is never on time. Sounds like theft to me. Of course it is the Government so we can't do anything about it. I will use UPS OR FED EX FROM NOW ON TO SEND ANYTHING, INCLUDING LETTERS, ETC. ATLEAST WITH THOSE COMPANIES IT GETS THERE WHEN THEY SAY.

My package was supposed to have been delivered on February 18th which is a Sunday but USPS doesn’t deliver on Sunday’s so where’s my package.

Businesses must be close , always delays and never updates with customers, bad service

The customer service in Aguadilla PR is awful. Employees go on brakes while line is long. Not acceptable!!

Holding delivery, due to so called missing address info, not true and stated delivery attempt at 4:30 pm also a lie! Hate the USPS !
