My son has been waiting on a package..was suppose to be delivered in 2 days priority mail..you useless people had it bounce around ..it was in Roanoke 3 days ago..than it went to N.C..THAN back to Roanoke..now their saying 3 more days..he is in radford va..you people need to get your shit together..6 days and it still is not there..it was paid for 2 day delivery..you people are useless

Usps is 3rd world at best. Priority Nail is a complete joke. They’ve doubled the prices and delivery service is abominable. God help us .

Horrible service! Ordered two shirts on 2/3/24 and told me it would take 4-7 business days to arrive. Well now it’s 2/21/24 and still have no package. This is ridiculous.

I send a certified mail with a one hundred dollar money order written out to NYSDEC ON 02/10/2024. I tracked the mail thru the tracking number that was given to me on the green and white certified mail receipt and the date is now 02/21/2024. The last tracking date that was on the USPS TRACKING SITE was 02/16/2024 saying on transit to next facility. This is terrible because this money is for me to be able to take an important test. What the $&$& is going on ?!?!!!

I am switching to UPS to ship packages from now on. USPS charges a lot of money for lousy service. I paid extra for overnight delivery and I will be lucky to get my package in 5 days. The cost was $30.00. USPS employees make good money to do their jobs. Somebody is making big money while American taxpayers are getting ripped off. At least FedEx and UPS will refund your money if the package doesn't arrive when it is supposed to. My sister and I will no longer use USPS for shipping.

What a joke had something ship from NY it spent 14 days in NY in transit and never left Bayon NY are you really doing your best? Truly, Again what a joke.

I am tired of paying for overnight shipping. It never arrives when it supposed to. Your employees make good money. What is the problem. You lost another customer to UPS. As. far as a rating, you don't even reserve 1 star. No wonder the USPS is in trouble. Somebody is making big bucks and customers get nothing. I ship a lot of packages. My sister does tool. You actually lost 2 customers.

Every single time I use USPS whether it’s as a sender or recipient, I know my package is going to get there. Which it did again! AND a day earlier than anticipated.

Package was sent out on 2-17 now it's 2 - 21 in the package still hasn't moved I was supposed to get it within 2 days guess what it's been five it hasn't moved it'll probably be 10 days before I get it if I even get it they usually say oh we delivered it and they never do they need to shut them down

I mailed a letter/birthday card, which included a USPS Money Order for $190 intended as a birthday present for my sister's 90th birthday on 13 Feb, via "Certified Mail" on 30 Jan 2024, from a military postal center in Germany. The letter arrived at the USPS ISC (Customs Center) in New York on 2 Feb 2024, and remained there for two weeks. I submitted an inquiry to the USPS about the status of the Certified letter and received a response stating the mailing address was "Insufficient" and the letter was considered lost and, there is no record showing the letter was being returned to my address. I was advised to submit a claim. On 16 Feb 2024, I purchased another USPS Money Order for $190 and mailed it as regular mail. On 20 Feb 2024, I went to the military postal center where I purchased the original money order to submit a "Stop Payment" for that money order. I was charged a fee of $18 for processing the stop payment. Later on that day I checked the USPS Tracker and saw that the letter had been located in New York and is in transit the original destination. "What a Goat Rope!"
