Package from MN to WI but it went to Chicago and now its on LA....wth..suppose to get to me on the Feb 20th 2024....still waiting.......

Awsome on time service

You state that it is delivered, but it is not delivered

Paid for priority two day shipping. Arrived to the destination right on time.

Very disappointed they charge me for overnight delivery. Next day was a holiday and I questioned if it was going to be delivered and lady at post office said yes it was not delivered and charged me more for diecisiete delivery on holiday. Not happy at all with the service and lies.

The worst service ever. What are you people doing while you're making good money off of the taxpayers? Is the Postmaster General on vacation all of the time? Because nobody there seems to care about the fact that I paid $30.00 for overnight mail and my package, which is my medication by the way, has been sitting in the same place for two days. Never again will I said anything with USPS. At least FedEx and UPS will refund your money if your parcel doesn't arrive on time. I know the kind of money you make, as I have 2 relatives now retired, worked for the postal service for years. However, that was when postal employees actually did their job. You are essentially stealing money from the taxpayers. I have no idea when I will receive my package. It cost me a lot of money

I've mailed 9 packages and paid for 2 day service. All 9 packages are missing in action and apparently sitting in an unprocessed truck in KC for weeks! Shame on the US postal service. No wonder a Kansas Senator is investigating.

Usps is my first choice. On time or before delivery, never late. Reasonable charges with tracking included. Real time tracking very accurate.

I'm so disappointed in the mail service. In the last 2 months I've only gotten 1 order out of 3 to its destination on time. The first letter was sent on January 16th and didn't get to its destination until a month later. This last one was sent priority mail and has ended up on the other side of the country. Why pay more to mail something when it takes so long?? What's going on USPS?

I am waiting to receive a parcel sent from UK the reference number is RL845438601GB destination Mumbai India dated 15th January 2024. Unfortunately it's showing in the transit in US since 23rd January 2024 through USPS. It is still not received by me. May I get to know the updates and date of arrival of my parcel please. Do help

I can't believe that the taxpayers are paying you the wages that you make for such lousy service. Thanks for charging $30.00 for overnight delivery that is still stuck in the same place for 2 days. Maybe you don't care, but my medications are in that package and I need them now. I have no idea when they will arrive. UPS or FedEx from now on. You have made plenty of money from me for bad service. At least the aforementioned companies will refund your money if not delivered on time. You people couldn't care less. All you are good for is stamps. You people get good wages, every paid holiday that there is and good vacation time. No wonder the USPS is in trouble.

I sent a registered letter on Feb 5th to Nova Scotia, suburb of Halifax called Lakeside. It contains an important matter. Today is February 21st and still has not been received. The charge was $22.74. I have tracked this item which said it left New York on the tenth on the way to destination.
