The postal service has not delivered my certified letter for the third time.They keep sending it to my old address.And when I tried to get this straight en out someone got smart with me.Your service is not very good they have you on whole for hours

Sent a certified letter and 8 days later it's still not delivered

I mailed a letter for overnight delivery. (SD to Illinois). It took 7 days. Why?

No information at all on a package that was to be delivered 3 days ago other than it left facility.. very frustrating

Sent letter on Monday certified mail to Kirkland Az and this is Fri and it hasn't got there yet. Plus the tracking number left Sacramento CA Monday night that's the last it place it was. Haven't seen or heard from it since. What a mail system we have

Shipped package on Mon morning, told it would arrive Wed. This is Fri and still not there

Linda was very helpful when I was sending my passport off for renewal. I asked questions and she made recommendation for the most efficient and expeditions mailing that provided insurance and most importantly tracking info. She was also very pleasant and friendly. A great Ambassador for the USPS!!

It's nearly impossible to talk to a person directly. It took Me almost an hour when I finally did. Tried for almost 40 minutes, still couldn't reach anyone. Had to cancel Amazon account because of usps screwups

Love my post office. People who work there are responsible, and knowledgeable. No they aren't perfect, but they try to be!

Seems to go out of it's way instead of direct and shorter route
