Some medication to my fiance and it never received her she needed it for surgery it was her own medication

Let's be honest this is terrible. I've been waiting 7 hours and my package still isn't here. Considering it's a 1 lb package, that's insanity.

Can’t figure out what’s going on they keep saying there going to deliver I even call there not sure we’re the mail is at and there not even sure if they delivered it

My package did not arrive. Customer service is poor in response time.

Poor updating, customer service doesn’t want to find item rather just refund it. ALSO, the package is late and apparently lost in transit. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Not too good. It took 2 days for a one-day delivery that cost $26.35.

Tracking a package is very difficult speaking to an automated system! Waiting for a representative is long and tiresome!

Sent from post office 2/18 Canal Fulton, today is 2/27, envelope still not delivered to Cleveland address.

I sent a certified letter on Jan 17th 2020 & they never received & has not been returned to me as yet. Totally ridiculous!!!!!

The most incompetent postal service i have ever seen. Important medication delivered to the wrong house numerous times.over 16 years of horrible service, it does no good to call, they don't care, they have tenure. If I could give lower than 1 star,they would rate a ZERO

Always have courteous and very professional staff who give friendly and helpful advice about mailing packages!

Poor service in post office sent registered mail to st Thomas from sunset beach no on 2/21/2020 with an estimate of 2/25/2020 delivery. As of 2/26/2020 it has made it to Miami. Wow what happened.
