3 times my packages had been delayed with the "no access to delivery locatio ". There's no obstruction, mailbox still on the same place during the las 12 years. What's going on? I can't find my packages now. Nobody knows anything.

Delivery service is horrible. I mailed an item on 2/18/2020 and as of today 2/26/2020 item has not been delivered! Shame on USPS.

USPS on time and a great value. So easy and the priority shipping envelopes are free.

Upset that the lazy delivery man threw, yes threw my package 10 feet because he was too lazy to climb 4 stairs. Thanks for damaging my package.

Send a package 3 to 5 business days priority it's been 13 business days still not there

Tracking for internet parcel is slow. Shows parcel is on its way to USA from Germany for 6 days via Airplane. Only every 4th parcel arrives. Service is lacking!!! Will use different providers next time.

So I sent an item since the 19th of February. which was last Wednesday. It was to be delivered on the 21th. Today is the 25th of February and it still hasn't been delivered.

Paid priority mail price. Parcel went out in NJ Friday Feb 14 th 2020 and arrived Tuesday Feb 25 th 2020. How do I get a refund?

Horrible! Worst service. I live in an apartment they did not knock they just left my package which was stolen..so disappointed because i was home and didn't know they came

I was on hold for 53 minutes because my package arrived in Los Angeles on the 21st and it is now the 25th and we have not received the package. The tracking has not been updated. I was told that packages are a low priority. First they deliver Express Mail, then Priority, then First Class then Amazon then the rest. This is BS!!!! I paid $57 and it’s just sitting there! NEVER AGAIN!!!! And, to top it off? If they lose it, there is NO GUARANTEE that they will give me the postage back!!!! F’N RIDICULOUS!!!!

They are delivering in the slowest way I have ever seen.

When you send a package and you pay for it to be sent the quickest way and it says will be there such and such day and it doesn't it arrives 2 days later or in one case I had I sent a letter overnight it took a week to get there
