Pkg. Unaccounted for after 2nd day of shipping. 7 days later no record of whereabouts. Zero accountability what a ripoff!!!

Tracking is not updated daily. I have ordered several items and most time that I ordered the product was at my house and not one tracking update was entered in. It would be nice to be able to track my item, since I was given a tracking number.

So slow, two days to get to a hub, dame slow.

Item ordered Feb 6 th. Feb 19 the tracking system says attempted delivery 1307. A blatant lie. I never left my house. My husband worked on our tractor outside our door all day. No delivery person came to my property.

Hasn't been updated in over 24 hrs. Tells me devery on time. I never got a confirmation on when it's to be delivered

My Express Mail was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday by 3 but my daughter informed me she will not receive it until Thursday by 3.

Guaranteed delivery next day for a very small package very critical that it get there and they can't tell me where it is, but they can't say its lost either what a joke.

Don't use they lie keep using FedEx or UPS I dont see how they are still in the mail business you will be at their mercy and have the nerve to raise the price on stamps LOL

Paid for overnight was told it would be to me by noon its 4pm and still no package this is business mail this is sad totally lost a whole day dealing with the post office never again then they are rude when you call and inquire about something you paid for

I love your services I love to see where my packages are at all times thankyou very much for everything.

I have not received my parcel however the order status shows have delivered me.

Slow as molasses on a cold winter day. 11 days to ship a small package? Ridiculous. Arizona to Oregon. What incompetence.

Package reported as delivered but was not.
