No ability to look up expected delivery date. I don’t care where it’s been I care about when it’s getting here.

Was waiting since 5 outside my apartment waiting for my package no one ever came not a single person came by its 7:45pm and i look online and it says delivered but no access to box this is very very unprofessional and not right

They didn't deliver the pkg at all...but their online tracking said it was in fact delivered...nope it wasn't. Wheres my pkg folks???!!! Rotonda West Florida!! Tsk Tsk

I've never had any issues with USPS tracking.

No help tacking a package lost my item.never got to mail box.

USPS hires people that can’t read?? My packages get delivered to the wrong town! That is just 5 simple numbers. Good grief people

I sent a certified letter from a post office that is 15 miles from the letter destination. There are 2 houses in the subdivision. I would imagine that the same person delivers this route every day. I had the correct name on the envelope, but, house #35, which is incorrect, the correct number is 36. Apparently the mail person wasn't knowledgeable enough to deduce that 36 would be the correct house. I mailed it on Feb. 10, today is Feb. 18, and it is now in Colorado Springs, CO. On it's way back to me, and I also live 15 miles from it's original destination. Lesson learned, next time send it on UPS. USPS is totally screwed. No wonder they can't turn a profit! If I could give a negative satisfaction score I would.

USPS loost my package from Florida to Texas, i make a claim but nothing happen, this is the second time it happen to me

I had never sent out a package before today. I was only trying to help my mom out. My mom had given me $6 and the total came to $7.50. I told the lady I only had $6.00 and to hold on a minute. She was very rude and unprofessional. Her name was Kelly. I did not appreciate being treated this way.

Mailing a package, seems to me that some Post offices charge higher rates than others. I saw a worker throw a package across the back of the room into a bin with other packages. I would love to have her job, I know others that would take customer service, work ethic and self pride seriously. Shameful

I can't imagine our world without our Postal service. A rich, proud history that includes all the amazing struggles and dangers of the early days. To vintage historical accounts through the many wars and a wonderful remembrance of the stamps of my youth. Today Postal service is quite different. The ever rising cost of services the lack of customer respect. Today's Postal Service is needed just asmuch today as it was in our past. It seems to me that our once proud Postal Service has circum to the modern world. A lack pride and customer service or appreciation is inherently evident each time I have to send a package or buy stamps. I was an avid stamp collector but my love of collecting history has diminished with every transaction and interaction I experience.
