Often I use USPS to send items to disabled individuals. I’ve found that being able to not only track but also receive text updates to be a wonderful way to help my recipient(s) know when to venture outside in inclement weather. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

FedEx and UPS are definitely years ahead of the USPS in terms of everything across the board really slow unreliable unpredictable unmanageable and organization or just a few reasons why this customer continues to be unsatisfied with the USPS. just goes to show government-funded and controlled institutions or a joke just as this has become the most mediocre parcel service in the United States

Not much information- my package is 4 days late and all it says is in transit to next facility. Only gives me the town it was sent from instead of the town its currently in or in transit to.

Your service has went down the toilet in the last 30yrs. It takes over a week for the USPS to deliver a small package a little over 175 miles. What a joke. And I paid for the packaging and delivery and a week later still no delivery. Your a governmental joke!

First time sent pkg from US to Canada. Employee told me I had to use form 2976-R a customs declaration which I'm now told did not need to use. I was told by postal employee I could track pkg with tracking number, which USPS does not recognize. So now what? They basically stole my pkg. Not one USPS employee has explained what to do or helped with solution. Typical of USPS here in USA.

Just like usual, a package going 13 miles takes 3 days. Arrives in city a day earlier than promised, but not delivered until days after the "on time" day. No reason to even have a scheduled "on time" day; USPS is a waist of taxpayer money. Any business that has less than an 80% positive rating shouldn't be in business. The vast majority of the time USPS has not delivered on time nor even close.
