Very appalling. They charge so much for 3-5 business days and take weeks to deliver. You can’t even get accurate tracking information. Shame unto USPS.

Had a certified package arrive at Ft Worth on Wed, status next day delivery Thru. Never delivered or updated status and it is Sunday

Mailed on 2/1/2020-not delivered yet! 2/9/2020

Lost my package, no surprise.

Sent a package from Idaho Springs on Sat, Feb 1st. Estimated delivery was Friday my daughters birthday. Now it is Sat, Feb 8th & the package is still not at her home. It was an envelope that we purchased at USPS which cost 18.20 to send, weight 3.6 lbs. Why is it not at her home? Terrible service.

I paid $44 to have an item shipped next day on Friday is supposed to be here Saturday it won't be here till Monday I give you a 0 + -5

The post office that I use in my town the workers are always very nice! My only complaint is the prices! I usually use priority mail so I can pack alot in the little box for my grandson's little care packages that I like to send. But due to the recent price increases I will be using Amazon from now on.

Excellent service packages always arrive on time however I do pay priority in a minute. Don't we have a problem hasn't happened give you a great review

I didn’t even get my package

Mailed package on January 27 and all I can find out that it left the regional pick up on January 28. Not very good update so i think when the postal service says 3 to 5 day delivery is not true

Under 1pound package was sent first class on 1/28 for delivery 1/31 and has bounced around Columbia, Florence, Charleston and back several times and may be delivered 2/8 by 8 pm outside Charleston SC

This is NOT current. Track a package should tell you WHERE your stuff is it is 2/8/2020 and the last tracking spot was on 2/4/2020???!!! NOT happy at all!!!

I had a package (the weight & size of a regular spiral notebook for school) delivered to me over night from Massachusetts to Florida. It would have cost $100 through UPS, or $150 through FedEx! Through the US Postal Service it cost under $30! Such a great deal in comparison! At 2pm yesterday, the post office in Massachusetts said it would be at my front door in Florida no later than noon. And the package was delivered early at 11am! The price was reasonable. The package was delivered accurately and early. Not to mention how kind and courteous the postal worker was! I highly recommend using the US Postal Service for delivery.

Grant Tigner went out of his way to assist me in postmarking time sensitive material. Grant is professional courteous and knowledgeable. I will always go to Grant for all my postal services! DDown
