It says my item is in des moines facility , then it says its in transit to the next facility for about a week now. Lol

I went to my local post office about a hour ago and Cleck #10 had a very ugly attitude. I was making sure the tape on the package was tide firm on it but she was looking at me like she wanted to kill me or something. Employees at that post office should be more pleasant and friendly with customers. They act like they are working in immigration office. They are so serious and rude. I wish they change their attitude because at the end of the day I am the customer. Thank you!

My friend sent me by certified mail from North Carolina a clipping of my daughters hair when she was a newborn. My daughter died at the age of 24 so this was very sentimental. She sent the certified mail on January 28. Below is the information: No problem the tracking # is. 70190160000087462423 it says estimated delivery Friday 1/31 xxoo) I think USPS has lost it! How sad! One of the only things I had left of her my daughter.

I have a tracking number but it claims this number 840-5500=1239-004-00052-45664-02 cannot be found!

A 3 day delivery package was mailed to me on Saturday and now it's Thursday and has still not been received! Very poor service and also very costly! Please improve your service!
