They've done a better job than UPS or FedEx lately.

USPS has lost, not delivered, or late delivery. This has cost me lost wages.

Had a package sent to me that was supposed to be two days priority mail. It was sent last Friday and it is now Thursday and I STILL don't have my package. I'll be using UPS next time.

Terrible another lost pkg with tracking yet

Trying to track my package only says it left on Saturday and it should of arrived on Tuesday. Have been on phone for an hour ant it was only suppose to be 30 minutes. I ever have to ship something again I will either send ops or fedex

Our mail is always late. My sister paid $26 to have a card with money shipped overnight to us with guarantee of it being g here by 3 and now we spend a lot of time trying to find it. US mail is a joke

Said pkg would arrive Wednesday in PA it got there Thursday

I mailed a package from Saint Paul, Kansas. To Benton, Arkansas on Monday January 27th. It arrived at the Kansas City Distribution Center on Monday. The 27th. It is still there Wednesday, February 3rd. This is completely and utterly poor business.

Package cannot be tracked , spoke with them , they can care less ... “just make a claim then” they said . They are a garbage service

I’m disappointed with certified mail!!! Takes forever!!! Don’t keep up with the updates with me!!!!!! I’ve never had such difficulty before with USPS!!!
