I've had nothing but problems.

Left Fenton 2/3 been sitting in Detroit All Day Today 2/4 why??? Should be on it’s way to Florida gonna go UPS or Fed Ex next time for sure!

I mailed my income taxes on January 24th from the US post Office in Henderson, NV. I sent it certified mail with a return receipt request to the IRS in Ogden, Utah. Today is February 4th and I have yet to receive notification that it has been delivered. When using the tracking app, it simply says that as of January 27th it was in transit from the facility in Salt Lake City. This is totally uncalled for and the tracking app does not explain any reason for delay.

My refrigerated package was due today and according to shipping and tracking information it is 2 days away. It’s my husband’s medication and it’s rush delivery??????? Still sitting 3 states away

The postal service received from the Pikesville Maryland 21208 branch was extremely professional. They went out of their way to help me. They were very patient. I thanked them sincerely and wanted ro share.

It’s just awful. They lose packages, no one will own up and I’m out money and gifts.

Mailed a package on 1/24. Estimated delivery date 1/30. It still hasn’t arrived. I could have driven it in less time, literally.

In route as always, why pay for tracking if the scanning of packages are not put into the system in time... waste of money nothing has changed in years

If your going to provide tracking information you should think about what you do with the package, I’ve shipped packages only to have them leave the country and then return before being delivered

Usps keeps delivering to the wrong address, does not pay attention to the house number!
