Update your tracking online That's Irritating that you don't update your dang sites

USPS did a great job. My customs form with organic seeds went to my Buddy in Canada, and the form wasn't as scary as I was warned. It's been sitting for a couple days in Montreal, but I believe thats on Canada's Postal Service. Paid extra for it to arrive in 2 weeks, and it's being processed in Montreal, 6 days later. Get what ya pay for, right? Good job guys!

Delivered right time!!!

very bad service

Sent a package february tenth To milford kansas from pittsburgh. It arrived at Kansas City distribution center February eleventh. It has gone back-and-forth from Kansas to Missouri and back. It has never been delivered just being sent back and forth. Never again. Fedex ground or ups. Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever it gets close and then they send it somewhere else.

USPS is unreliable and you can't depend on them. I've order an item from Esty on February 1, 2024 and I check the tracking number again because I haven't received the item and it stated in facility in Kansas City Missouri. That's where the item was coming from. 2 weeks since I put the order in and it hasn't left the state. I have stopped using the USPS years ago. They are unreliable.

Package is still sitting in Harrisburg Pa for days why has it not been delivered yet

Never received my parcel since 19 may 2023 almost a year

Been 2 days and not a single update.. Usually USPS is on top of their game and blow fed ex and ups outta the water.. Ive even seen our local postal service deliver on Sunday due to weather. However the postal service and center around Springfield,MA is the worst in the country... there's no excuse for the poor job and services provided to the public at this location!!!! Otherwise going postal is a great thing.. packages arrive quickly and unmanaged.. I recommend not ordering items that would pass through this facility.. They need to be held accountable!!!
