Sent Valentine's card along with my wife's passport by registered mail on 2/10 from southern Alabama. By 2/15 tracking indicates it's only made it to Montgomery, where on average things sit for 10 days. I'll use UPS next time.

Bad and outrageous for submitting my priority package

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Kinda ridiculous at this point. You’re sending mail. You need to factor life into it. Natural disasters, wars, events etc. I shipped internationally to Japan, and it made it way beyond my expectation time. So, you all need to chill. You aren’t the post and doubt you can handle their jobs. You all did a great job, thank you. You helped me reconnect with a good friend

I mailed a certified letter to a neighboring town 50 miles away on Friday, 1/26/24. The USPS clerk told me it would be delivered on Monday, 1/29/24. When I checked the tracking on that date, I received this message “In transit to next facility, arriving late 1/30/24”. And I have received the same message every day since then. Today is February 15th. The only thing consistent about the USPS is that it is COMPLETELY unreliable. Use caution mailing anything important or of value to you if you ever want to see it again.

I mailed a certified letter (to a location 50 miles away) on Friday, 1/26/24. I was told by the USPS employee the letter would be delivered on Monday, 1/29/24. I checked the tracking on that date and received this message “In transit to next facility, arriving late 1/30/24”. I have received the same message every day since then. Today is February 15th. Is that worth of one star?

I send my packing to my daughter paid 3 day should be receiving on Saturday it take for 10 day or more .This is the 1st time I send 2usps . I try to call services it take forever or no one answered then it hand up on me. That is bad service business

I sent a overnight package on Monday Feb 12. It had to get there Tuesday. This is now Thursday and i think it's still in Fort Wayne. This is BULL!

I paid for 2 day delivery and still nothing I better get a refund it would have been here faster with the free shipping

My mail was to delivered on the 9th now its estimated to arrive on the 17th baloney why did I have to pay 10$ for priority mail for special delivery and it don't get to its destination 2weeks later not vary happy I got wait lo g to get a vehicle dam

I mailed my girlfriend’s valentines and they told me that it was supposed to get there today but until now she’s hasn’t received the package what’s happened

I dropped a package off at the Post Office on Feb 6, was told it would arrive on Feb 9. Today is Feb 14 and she still has not received it. Nine days! When I put in the tracking number to find its status, it still shows it sitting at the warehouse where it was dropped off. WHAT!!!???!!! I have been reading these reviews and it’s happened a lot. Totally uncalled for and unexceptionable. I even took a step farther and stopped at the Post Office. The employee at the counter put in the tracking number and it showed the same thing. She had no explanation, with the exception of waiting a few more days with possible over load due to Valentine’s day and then to file a missing claim report if still didn’t show up! I’d actually give it a zero rating if I could. I never had this happen before.

Last Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024, I mailed this package which was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, Feb. 10. It still has not been delivered. The destination is only 3 hours away by car. What is taking so long? USPS has failed on this.
