Always gets to the destination on time!

Easy to use and very detailed.

My package was delivered in California not Alabama. Paid $26.35 for over night delivery . This morning I returned to the post office in Milgen rd for a solution i was told nothing could be done and take it to management.

Your customer service at the post office is extremely rude. Your IVR system is absolutely horrible

I had to pay 26.95 for my package to be delivered in two days and it wasn’t delivered!! My husband needed that the day it was due to arrive due to registration sticker expiration which is why I sent in Express mail & it did not make it as promised!

I am very pleased with the ease of sending my packages and being able to monitor the swiftness of its arrival in a very timely manner.

I was assured that my package would arrive the next day, I paid close to a hundred dollars believing that it would but it didn't happen.

Through rain snow and stupid people .. Always delivers ..

USPS tracking procedure is very good useful. It shows information about your items when the seller mailed the items. It allows you to view if item was delivered and who signed

Says no one here to sign for package and notice left. Someone is always here and no notice was left.

Tracking # 9500115379860028266910 was supposed to go to Lebanon Tennessee, not La Vergne Tennessee. Still waiting for it to be delivered to the correct address. Mailed 1/28. Said it should arrive today, but still showing in La Vergne.

Dropped off package at 8:50 this morning and according to the tracking it hasn't left Escondido. What's up with that?

Can not track packages besides the date it left initial facility. Tracking is no help at all. Hate using USPS but no other option.

My package is not here should have been here USPS ripped me off
