Limited details past original center.

Terrible, i sent next day, priority express, it's now been 3 days. No packege and no tracking!!!!!!!

Like tracking process. Also local delivering is good.

Paid for next day delivery, not delivered next day. Should have used UPS or FedEx

Package mailed on 12/24/2019. Now 1/31/2020 and still waiting for delivery!

The service of the post office gets worse by the day Packages are taking forever to get to their destination If a package is sent overnight, I am told there’s no guarantee it will actually get there the next day. So what’s the point in sending it overnight. I sent a box to my daughter from Los Alamitos to Salem, Oregon; I was told it’d arrive on Monday and here it is Friday and it’s still in transit, not to be delivered BUT to another facility! I’ll be using Fedex or UPS next time, at least there it will get to destination when it should!

Wrong tracking number given to me

If I could rate the contract postal carriers lower I would. Coal Creek Canyon area they will not get out if their vehicle and a 34# bag is just too heavy for them to place by my garage here in the forest area of Golden.

USPS priority mail service is beyond terrible. Screw you. USPS.

VT needs a central processing station. It is absurd that a package has to go to a different state to be moved to the house down the street. Further, if there’s a forward in place, that should be known in advance of the package leaving the central sorting location and it should be put on the right truck in the first place. People should not have to wait for something to be delivered to the old address, then returned to another state, then returned back to Vermont, before it can be processed again in Vermont post offices, and ultimately, eventually, and in my case late, FINALLY arrive to the recipient. That is the worst business model I have ever heard of. Next time I order I will make sure the shipper is not USPS.

I thought that my priority package was lost but using the tracking number, it revealed that my son package was in a parcel locker at the post office. This was very helpful.

Good service just need better people personal skill on some of the staff

Everything that has to come by you is late lost or stolen
