Hard to find detailed information on established tracking information.

I receive consistently good service from our mail carrier. I can say the same for postal workers behind the counter when I make a trip to the Post Office.

I used the tracking number to many numbers for tracking on receipt

If that many people, according to your records, are entering the incorrect number, that should tell you there is something wrong with the way you are writing the number on your receipt. It could be as simple as putting the tracking number in bold numbers and increasing the size a bit as many of your customers are elderly.

Always pay for priority mail and never get it. Always get messages mail is delayed. Tired of talking 10 days to get there. My first class mail never flies anymore and always goes by truck!

Mailed paper work off in November to the irs they never received it I'm vert upset and the fact i have not received it back myself I'm very mad

I mailed 3 day delivery to Los Angeles and package still has not been delivered. It has been 6 days. I am not happy. What is the holdup

I purchase some items from eBay they were shipped threw USPS and got to New York facility and disappear all of sudden had tracking number in everything and I really needed items I'm very disappointed..

Sent my PKG on Friday and was suppose to arrive on Saturday but Sunday evening it's still NOT there. I had sent it priority mail.

Signicantly less helpful, less detailed than UPS and FedEx tracking. Updated infrequently. Apparently glitchy: today tells me that it is still at a partner facility. That's where it was 4 days ago. I signed up for texted updates. 3 days ago text message said received at USPS in Illinois. I have not heard anything since, so go on to check and it tells me today that package is still at partner facility and Illinois USPS is still waiting for it. I am hoping the tracking info is wrong and that it is actually on its way east to me.

Postal service is very quick in delivery! Very professional!

I was apartment al day long. USPS went wrong apartment not did not attempt to deliver. My apartment 610 Westminster ave apt d Venice California is not Secured nor locked gate apartment. Said they couldn't deliver because the driveway was not accessible. No one was home so its not like there were cars or anything in the driveway, they could've left the packages on the stairs to either of the doors or even in the mailbox, so I'm not sure why it was an issue. Tried calling and of course since its Sunday there's no one to speak to and the automatic thing where you say your tracking number into was absolutely horrible

No stars I pay to have it delivered to me and all I ever get is a notice to drive 10 miles both ways 20 miles to pick it up at the post office
