I mailed my package back on 12/28/19 & my son still has not received as of 1/26/20. The tracking is all over the place & I did a locater claim still waiting!

I want to talk to the manager of Woodlawn USPS as well as the Downtown Manager about me not receiving my envelope USPS with a tracking number on it. I didn’t receive my Christmas Card from the sender. She received back stating I don’t stay here. Now she sent it back to me in one of your USPS ENVELOPE with a tracking number on it. I was told by your tracking system it would be here by 7pm. Strangely enough I received my other mail but not your USPS ENVELOPE. I’m very upset because I’m not receiving my mail like I should and they didn’t bring it. The sender was told by Mss Tina twice that I would receive it, but I didn’t. It’s sad to say the service we received stinks. It’s not getting any better. I want my envelope first thing Monday morning or I will be coming to meet with the manager of both offices.

Just terrible! We received a “save the date” today for a wedding that happened nearly 6 months ago. The poor bride had to replace all of the save the dates for recipients in the city of Naperville, Il. All were lost This was mailed 10 months ago and we received it today. Where did they find this?
