So sad that ut takes so long to get to destination, very dissappointed with ground services

Overnight doesn't mean 3 days

Getting others mz or missing packages that are suppose to be delivered are a daily problem for our addition. Missing another package supposedly delivered 1/23/2020.

After paying an expensive rate the package didn’t arrive on time and the content was ruined.

I mailed a pkg to my mom from Alabama to Washington State. The pkg was supposed to be delivered today and it is showing late delivery and it is still in Tennessee. I mailed the pkg last Friday. For what it costs to mail a pkg now a day and for it not to be delivered on time I can see why people have no faith in the postal service. This is why the postal service is failing and people don’t have faith in it!

Not bad would get better ratings but the mailman screw things up I don’t like him at all he hates to deliver my mail

Package tacking system leaves a lot to be desired. I currently have a package that was processed through the L.A. distribution center on 1/19/2020 on its way to Fresno CA and has been listed as ‘in transit to next facility’ ever since. Is that Post Office jargon for lost in transit?

I only received 1 of 2 boxes that were mailed at the same time. The sender spoke with the post office and informed them that she was shipping all china. The clerk said that Weds. would be the best day to ship. So the shipper waited several days until Weds. My first box arrived with several pieces of china broken: shattered, broken and chipped. I will never use USPS AGAIN. PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT ME.
