Great service. Information gets to you little late, not in the real time.

A person mailed me a priority mail envelope on January 9, and I still haven't gotten it by January 24. Unacceptable!

I get accurate information on my projected arrivals from dedicated employees. I'm a fan.

My package was suppose to arrive today and is still in California where it was being shipped from

Always slower than they say it will be delivered

Haven’t received any mail in almost two weeks.Don’t know what the issue is.

No stars bought two small things at Amazon my mail carrier failed to leave them in our mailbox so chose to bring them back to USPS and we have to pick up and I have no idea which post office to go to and stupid phone automated very hard to talk to a human then when I do it is a 40 minute wait!

Paid $ 40.11...for package to be delivered by 1/21/2020..it is the 24th No delivery....tracking # 9534 6141 6091 0014 5365 47 Ground My Son is waiting for this pkg. In Norfolk, Va. I should have used UPS or FedX... You guys never deliver in time. It has been 10 days !!!!!!!!!

I sent certified nail on January 17th. Just left the post office on that date and sat at the distribution center for 2 to 3 days. Last I heard on the 22nd was it's in transit. It was mailed to a local mailing address. Today is the 24th and I can't seem to find if it has arrived yet. Terrible, terrible service.

I sent a letter to Georgia I paid extra to get it there in 2 to 3 days. I live in Massachusetts in two and a half days that made it to New Hampshire !

You attempted to deliver an item on a day it was snowing a week ago and I still have not received the item. No new attempt to deliver has been made!!! Your service is not good.

Packages are never on time. I pay every month $25 dollars to get express shipping fir my business label and my package gets here 3 hours latw or never. Very frustrating
