Package supposed to been out for delivery and never made it. Next day it was shipped back to the seller and was lost in the system. Tried tracking the package with the tracking number and now the number can't be found.

Package didn’t get there like promised

Been waiting for my package for over a month. It has been sitting at the regional facility in Chicago for three weeks. Not impressive.

An important package that was promised within one day was not delivered within the allotted time and I will not be able to pick it up the next day therefore it will be delayed for two more days.

I have tried tracking and received information that it was out for delivery on a Saturday, January 11 and that they were not able to deliver on Saturday. The info stated that it would be delivered the next business day but there is no confirmation that it was. The phone system is one of the worst I have ever tried to deal with.

I get mail delivered to my house sometimes twice in one day! Several times the tracking number says it has been delivered when I receive no product whatsoever! Now I have a package that was ordered December 26 it arrived in Los Angeles January 16 was supposed to be delivered January 18 which I received an email stating it was on time for the 18th! It is now January 23, I still have no package and all the tracking number says in transit to next facility!

It's always a pleasure to go to the Southside Postoffice to send packages to my loved ones. The staff is always polite and helpful.

I FEEL THAT THE USPS DOES AN EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND JOB.

Always been on time and never had a problem

I've never had an issue with delivery they do an amazing job and I get my package in time.

I get emails parcel delivered but is not at my house; I have to trace at post office all the time.

Delivered on time!!!
