Great shipping, actually got their a day early

Always gets it there on time and people are very friendly

I am waiting on my Fashion Nova order from 15 days now and it still haven’t arrive has yet. This is the worst service EVER. I am on vacation without my pieces

They don't deliver if they don't feel like it. They said there was no access for delivery when we were home and driveway was open. They lie. Pathetic.

Absolute worst! Mail person will mark items as delivered on Sunday and not actually deliver till Monday. Their excuse....oh I was off...seriously??? Why offer delivery on Sunday? Mailperson has also marked items as unable to be delivered no mailbox. Ehat apa6complex doesn't have mailboxes? My letters made it into the mailbox fine. Im sure they didn't want to climb the ONE flight of stairs to leave them at the door. Yes i said them because it's happened more than a couple times. So sick of it and reporting them does nothing. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Getting anything from overseas takes a very long time! Especially china!

My package has not arrived to my apartment yet. It is 8:03pm on 1/21/2020. It is tracked as delivered to front door/porch. Lie!!! Where is my package????

My tracking number states that my package was delivered today at 19:00 hours and it was not. I have been check all day. I never left my livingroom by the front door so I could hear them knock!!! Where is my package?????

Ordered 2 packages to be shipped to 2 different addresses. Have done this for months. One package was delivered on Saturday. My package isn't showing anything. Try to get an agent to talk to impossible. Wait time was any where between 40 minutes to 2 hours. Stayed on the line for 25 minutes. All I heard was how prices are going up AGAIN. Not an effective way to run a business.

My package was NOT delivered today 1/21/2020 as per my tracking number order say delivered on 1/21/19 @

I love knowing exactly where my package was delivered. The tracking detailed that it was delivered to the main office of the apartment complex instead of the individual apartment mailbox.

Certified letter sent 2 weeks.....ZERO help at post office. Letter still not received. Post office employee just shrug his shoulders

My letter arrived to Managua, Nicaragua where it supposed to be delivered to my family on Monday, but then l checked and it departed to Panama. I don't understand why? I hope it is returned to Managua, Nicaragua.

I pay for my package to be there next day and today is the 3 day that is not there and that's counting that yesterday was a holiday.
